When you book a service with me online or by email, or when we agree on a service at your home, you generally have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days, without giving a reason.
How to withdraw. Tell me clearly that you want to withdraw, for example by email to [email protected], within 14 days after the agreement is made. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to.
If you want me to start within the 14 days. If you ask me to start the work during the 14-day period, please say so explicitly in writing, for example by replying to my booking confirmation. If you then withdraw, you'll pay for the work I've already done, in proportion to the full price. If I complete the entire service within the 14 days, with your explicit agreement, you lose your right of withdrawal, and you confirm that you understand this.
If you don't ask me to start within the 14 days. You can withdraw at no cost, and any amount you've already paid will be refunded within 14 days of your withdrawal.
No cancellation fee (clause 4 of the terms) applies when you withdraw within the 14 days.
