These terms apply to all offers, agreements, and services of Found Order Co. (Flavia Grattery, KvK 42062120) with consumers. By booking, you confirm you have received and accepted them. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
1. Services. Found Order Co. provides professional organizing services, such as decluttering, sorting, and setting up storage and systems, in your home or online. We agree the scope, date, and estimated time with you in advance.
2. Prices. Prices are in euros and include BTW. Prices are as shown on the Pricing page or in my quote, and I'll tell you the price or an estimate before we start.
3. Payment. Payment is due at the end of each session, by Tikkie or iDEAL (I'll send you a payment request). For larger projects or multiple sessions, I ask for an amount upfront to hold your dates, never more than half of the agreed price. The amount paid upfront is deducted from the final price. It is refunded if I cancel. If you withdraw within the 14-day withdrawal period, it is refunded less any amount due for work already done, as described on the Right of Withdrawal page. The remainder is due at the end of the session or project.
4. Rescheduling and cancellation. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of a session, or you are not home when I arrive, I charge 50% of the price of that session, unless we agree otherwise. Cancelling earlier is free. This does not apply if you exercise your right of withdrawal as described on the Right of Withdrawal page, or if you cancel because of circumstances beyond your control, in which case we'll find a fair solution together.
5. Your home and belongings.
6. Your responsibilities. You make sure I can safely access the agreed spaces at the agreed time and give me the information I need to do the work.
7. Liability. I am liable for damage caused by my own fault, to the extent the law requires. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
8. Complaints. If you're not satisfied, please tell me within a reasonable time at [email protected] and I'll respond within 14 days. We'll look for a solution together.
9. Applicable law. Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent Dutch court, and you may always bring a dispute before the court that is competent where you live as a consumer.
10. Privacy. See the Privacy Statement.
